Brief introduction

This kind of plasma and flame cutting machine is of gantry structure with optional horizontal track width:2m,3m,4m,5m,6m,7m,ect.2m,3m adopt single drive ,3m,4m,5m,6m,7m adopt dual drive and lineal guide. Torch quantity and type can be customized according to users’ requirement, also can be configured as abnormity cutting and strip cutting. There are different Control system optional of USA hypertherm Micro Edge and Shanghai Fangling.draw CAD figures on the scene, figure tracking function when cutting.

Application

This plasma and flame cutting machine can cut mild steel (flame cutting) and high carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other non-ferrous metal (plasma cutting), etc, it is widely applied in industries such as machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, petro-chemical, war industry, metallurgy, aerospace, boiler and pressure vessel, locomotive etc. 

Features

1. Frame

Gantry box beam with good loading capacity, high double=-side drive, for the compact structure, sufficient to eliminate the welding stress, its performance is stable and reliable. 

  

2. Guide rails 

Horizontal guide rails using domestic or imported guide, is of high precision and good guidance.Longitudinal guide rails made from special metals, with smooth grinding surface ,has very high mechanical precision and abrasion resistance.

3. Rack and gear

Horizontal and longitudinal transmission adopt German NEUGART maintenance-free planetary gear reducer,high accuracy, large torque and low back lash. 

4. Servo system

Our cnc cutting machine is of Panasonic servo motor and driver which has position detection function and is characterized of high working precision and short acceleration time
